Here’s how it works: Add your favorite items to your cart and select "Pick-up at Masters of Hardcore" as the delivery method during checkout. After completing your order, you’ll receive an additional email with a link. Bring the generated PDF from that email to the main merchandise stand at Masters of Hardcore to collect your order.

If you want to receive your Masters of Hardcore merchandise as quickly as possible, please place your order before March 20th. After this date, only the Click & Collect option will be available.

We generally ship all orders within 1–2 business days. However, during busy periods surrounding events, holidays, or new releases, processing times may vary. The estimated delivery time starts from the day you receive your shipping confirmation email, which includes a personal tracking link.

Please note that during peak times, deliveries may take longer than usual. If you have an account, you can check your order status under ‘My Orders’ in your account dashboard.
